A Picture is worth a thousand words and more

When listing items for sale to eBay always remember that your prospective customer will not have the opportunity to touch, hold and feel your item. Instead they will only have what you write about the item and the pictures you provide with your listing.

Providing your bidder with a large number of pictures accomplish many things for you the seller. First it lets the bidder know of some of the details of the product...if it is a shirt and a picture of the back is provide the picture can let the bidder know if the shirt has any designs on the back of shirt or not.

Another benefit that sellers do not think often about is that the more pictures you have on your listing the more likely that bidder will stay and look at your listing. the more time they (bidders) look at your listing the more likely they (bidder) are to bid or complete a BIN purchase.

Ebay now offers everyone 12 FREE pictures for every listing and this makes the argument of having multiple pictures for a listing not being cost-effective not a valid argument anymore. So the next time you list your item for sale try and include on a minimum at least six quality pictures to include with your item to be listed. A picture is worth a thousand words and maybe even worth a thousand dollars.

This is a way to show appreciation to our customers and we all know everyone loves a giveaway and a chance to win something. Measurements for Plus Size Clothing

As a seller of plus size clothing and occasional buyer of plus size clothing, I can say that probably one of the most frustrating things for me is to look at a listing and not see any measurements at all in the listing.

We as eBay sellers must realize that are buyers do not have the luxury of trying the article of clothing on. They only have the description, picture and title to decide whether or not they should purchase the particular item of clothing. Most people do not envy having to return clothes that do not fit and will avoid buying items that they do not think will fit them. 

At a minimum I have found that when listing clothing use these measurements as a minimum

Shirts/Blouses ..........chest/bust-hips-length

Pants.......................waist-inseam-hips-rise 

Shorts......................waist-hips-rise-length

Blazers....................chest/bust-hips-length

This is a minimum that should be included...some buyers, if interested may email you and ask for other specific measurements, but as a general rule the above measurements are a great starting point
